Suggestions on how to log this?

I walk a 3 mile loop in a ravine by my house. The trail is VERY hilly in places, also some stairs. Oh, and I push my twins in the stroller, which is about 75lbs total. It takes me about an hour going at a pretty brisk pace (especially considering the stroller!).

But how do I log this?

Pushing or pulling stroller with child = 213/hr, which seems too little given my HR and sweat. :)
but
Hiking, climbing hills, carrying 10-20lb load = 622/hr, which is probably too much.

Split the difference and guesstimate about 400 for the loop?

Sometimes the best you can do without a HRM is split the difference like you did. :flowerforyou: I don't think your plan the way you figured it is a bad idea.
