Question about weight gain...
Hi all, I have a few questions... If you drink like 10 cups of water one day up till that night.. will it show on the scale the next day or no? Will it show as a gain? Also if you over eat one day.. would it show the next day or would it be a few days later to show up?

I have to weigh myself again tomorrow *sigh*
I weigh myself with my wii board. Well while picking up the living room I realized one of the feet thingys were off of the wii board.. wouldn't that effect the weigh in or no? My TOM started today.. and I'm wondering does it effect you the whole time your on it.. or just towards the beginning? When does your weight go back to normal? I just want to know what to expect from the scale. My next weigh in is monday.

Will it all even out?
I have a wierd question... I have love handles.. but one side is chubbier than the other side. The side I used to carry my twins on is not as chubby.. my fiancee used to tell me to switch sides.. but some reason I couldn't carry them on my left side. But as I exercise will they even out? Or should I do more on my left side?

I've lost 4.6 lbs so far. Now once I hit 5lbs.. so see my progress.. I was thinking about picking up a 5lb tube of hamburger... so I can see how much i lost.. is that a good comparison? I was hoping it would keep me going

I have a really bad TOM. It is rough the week before and then during I been really active on here since march 31st and I want to keep it up.
