I've lost 4.6 lbs so far. Now once I hit 5lbs.. so see my progress.. I was thinking about picking up a 5lb tube of hamburger... so I can see how much i lost..

is that a good comparison?

I was hoping it would keep me going

I think 5 lbs of LARD and pile it on a plate. I bet that would be a REAL visual for you. Five lbs of hamburger makes me think of making meatballs or something, just sayin.

google "5lbs of fat" and look at the images. There is replica of actual fat that you can see... people holding them; side by side with 5 lbs of muscle... it's awesome and will help you visualize!
