Thursday, Day 17 - Define Lower Body
Done. My cat Oscar nearly made this impossible today. He likes to get under me during downward dogs and rub on my legs during everything else. He's so cute it's hard to scoot him out of the way. <3

Day 16 - Core
Done! Long torso but I don't stick on the way down anymore only on the way up which makes it hard to keep up with the pace. Still having a hard time "feeling it" on the standing stuff which means I'm probably doing it wrong. Guess I'll figure it out sooner or later. Have a great hump day ladies!

Day 15 - Buns
Done, mostly. Gonna have to work up to doing all this - had to take so many breaks just to catch my breath and make my legs/butt stop seizing. Too many burpees!!! And this was by far the hardest workout on my lower back - so I'm going to take it slow on this nightmare workout, especially the first bit.

Day 10 - Core
Done. Wowzers, had to modify a few moves, couldn't do as many reps on some because I couldn't go as fast. I guess speed will come with more practice. Got thru the warm up and then about 30 secs into the first exercise had to pause to put on shoes - made a huge difference in balance on the standing stuff.
