TDEE help with built in cheat day
I know how to calculate TDEE - 20%, however my dilemma is every Saturday night I have a cheat meal. These can range from 1,000 - 3,000 calories. I do not want to give up my cheat meals. I finally have my body back and it feels so nice! I went from 165 pounds at my heaviest pregnant to 123 pounds now. My ultimate goal is so add muscle and be ripped. I've been strength training and weight lifting for two months now. I love it!

alternative to Nutella? need spreading recs
I've cleaned up most of my diet. My only downfall is spreading a thin layer of Nutella on whole grain bread everyday for a snack. I know it's not nutritious and full of sugar so I want to cut it out. Anybody have any healthy recs for spreading?
