Does low sodium salt taste much different?
I want to lower my sodium intake and I noticed I'm using regular Saxa salt in my recipes instead of the low sodium alternative and I was just wondering how different the taste will be? I do a lot of dough making and baking and I don't want to ruin the taste.

My biggest loss to date
This month I lost 13lbs which is my biggest loss to date and I can't even believe it. Previously I lost 6lbs, then 8lbs so 13lbs is quite the jump. I'm interested in seeing some successful transformations from some big guys, I started at just under 300lb myself although at my heaviest I was probably closer to 320lbs. The thing that scares me most about losing weight is being left with lots of extra skin which I can't afford to have removed.
