I've been doing 20 minutes a day of 10 Minute Trainer for a few months now and I'm happy with my progress but I'm thinking about stepping it up a gear and I was wondering if T25 is a good choice or if there's a better option? I need something I can do at home, with little to no equipment (I have resistance bands) and it just be around 20-25 Minutes as I'm physically not able to go for longer.

Given the information you've provided, T25 would be a great option.
Having done both 10 Minute Trainer and Focus T25, T25 will give you a more strenuous workout and requires no more than resistance bands as far as equipment is concerned..........although those won't be required until the Beta Phase (month 2) when the workouts increase in difficulty.

That sounds great. Would you say T25 is a little harder than 1MT or much harder?

Compared to 10 Minute Trainer, T25 will really have you working.
I'd say it's a significant jump, but it's no Insanity.

If you find the halfway point between Insanity and 10 Minute Trainer, that's where Focus T25 lies.

Just wanted to let you know I lost 6lbs in my first week of T25 and I love it, it's SO HARD compared to TMT, every inch of my body hurts but it feels so good. I can't wait to do the full 3 month program.
