Is this porridge healthy?

I'm thinking about swapping to porridge for my breakfast but I have no idea what makes a certain porridge good or bad for you. I'm guessing making it with water instead of milk helps, and not adding sugar or anything like that.

Sainsbury's are doing 3 for £2.50 on Quaker Oats so I'm going to buy these 3 tomorrow:

I just want to make sure these are actually healthy choices.

The pots will already contain powdered semi-skimmed milk and obviously the flavoured stuff will be sweetened but porridge is still a healthy food to get you going in the morning. You can always buy the plain Quaker Oats porridge and add natural sweeteners like honey. I personally buy the Quaker Oats sachets, they come in boxes of ten and the sweet cinnamon one is my fav.

Well I tried the caramel one and the actual porridge was OK but the caramel flavouring was nasty. Not bad for my first porridge experience, I just need to find a flavour I like.
