On the today show this morning, I heard Joy Bauer ( a certified NUTRITIONIST) say that detoxing is a load of crap basically and that our bodies do a fine job at detoxing naturally. I have never tired a detox diet but have considered it as i've heard great things about it. THOUGHTS?!

Calories Burnt Rollover?!
My mom said that at weight watchers they say that if you don't eat your exercise calories/points one day, you can eat them the next day even if you don't exercise that day. Is that true?
