I hate this feeling!! I mean, I ran 5 miles yesterday but today I didn't do anything. I had a final this morning at 8AM that took me 3 and a half hours. Im mentally drained and need to study for my next one. I haven't been doing anything at all. I should really go to the gym or something but I just showered because I think I could use a day off. My body is telling me to. I just found out I have frostbite in my pinky toes so I probably shouldn't be doing anything at all. Anyways...this is just a rant about how I feel lazy but I also know I shouldn't be so hard on myself. By the way, is exercise as important in weight maintanence as it is in weight loss? I know exercise in general is very beneficial/...but if you don't need to lose more weight, is it as important. I feel like my body is WORN down from all the running I do but I only run 5 days a week. HELP!

excercise is as equally important in maintaining weight as it is in losing weight! However, you can wor out a bit less now that u have lost ur weight! as long as u dont stop altogether...i'm a prime exmple of of that!
Also listen to your body...maybe u do need to take 3-4 days off...just realax and then start again...i still have a hard time taking a break bcozi never want to get back to excercising again...but that's all part of learning how to balance things...
I used to run 5 miles...maybe ur body needs u to reduce it or change it up...try taking a cpl days off and then see if 5 miles is still making u feel this way...if it is then maybe run 4 miles for 2 weeks and then increase again...taht might help!
I miss runing:(0
