JMBD & Vacation
I will be going on vacation to new york in a few weeks from Wednesday - Sunday. That will be the same week when I am supposed to move on and start Phase 2. A part of me wants to enjoy myself and not do the dvds for those 5 days. But I don't want to lose all my progress either. Any suggestions as to what I should do?

Emotional Eating
So I am a very, very emotional eater and I have been most of my life. I eat when I am stressed, bored, sad, etc. I was just wondering how any of you got over your emotional eating? What steps did you take? Or if there are any great books out there on the subject? - Best

How to measure spaghetti?
So, I was wondering, the serving size of spaghetti is 2oz but what would that happen to be in a dry measuring cup? I was wondering because I don't really know what 2oz of spaghetti looks like and having it in cups would help me understand about how many oz I had. Thanks in advance!
