Hello
In a little over a month I'm going to have a photo session for my senior portraits and I was wondering what foods or vitamins I should be eating so that I have good, healthy looking skin.
Thanks!

I participated in a study last summer which proved that eliminating animal products from your diet improves skin significantly! For each person in the study, their skin became less oily and most of us had a significant reduction in acne. Reducing salt also helps as does drinking tons of water. I'm getting married in 6weeks and plan on cutting out all meat when I have 4 weeks to go and then cutting out all meat, dairy, eggs, and salt when I have 2 weeks to go, just to make sure my skin looks as radiant as possible!0
