Hellooo,
So I've looking for some new ways to exercise and have decided that I would like to start working with some kettlebells. I was just wondering if any of you know where I could find some good routines
Thanks!
Jenny

myomytv.com is a good online resource, with some beginner options.
The best beginner DVD that I've seen with a good instructor who takes the time to explain proper form is Iron Core Vol. 1 by Sarah Lurie. Actually, I just did it yesterday and can definitely feel it in my legs today. haha
Lauren Brooks' DVD is also a good one, I prefer Iron Core though. I think Lauren Brooks has some instructional videos on Youtube though.
I would stay away from Jillian Michaels' DVD because her form isn't the best, and I don't think it's a very practical DVD for a beginner if you're starting off with a 'heavy' weight (they use like 5 lbs in the video, you should be starting off with 15-20).0 -
Thanks for the great recommendations!
I'll be sure to check them out0
