Oolong Tea

I was reading a few articles on WebMD about various types of tea and their benefits. I came across a type of Oolong Tea called Wuyi and I guess it can lower bad cholesterol levels and that it can greatly aid in weight loss. I guess I was wondering if any of you have tried Oolong Tea and experienced any of these affects.

    I drink it and I have found that if I don't exercise than I don't really see it working, but if I do than it almost works as a boost to whatever I do. It's like I get maximum results from whatever workout I do. I haven't lost a lot of weight yet but I am noticing that it is helping trim my waist line very quickly with the workouts I am doing! It's great cold so keep a pitcher of it on hand in the fridge! =)
