What's your pre and post workout snack?

I've been looking for some ideas as to what to eat before and after working out...and I still get confused sometimes as to what I should eat.

So what do you eat?

    I wake up, eat 1 cup Special K Protein Plus Cereal + 1/2 cup berries + 1/2 cup skim milk, work out, then usually eat eggs (2 or 3) + 1 slice whole wheat toast + 1 tablespoon peanut butter.

    I just try to make sure I get a decent amount of carbs and protein in, especially after I work out.

    Yeah, I tend to watch my protein too.

    I typically wake up, eat 20g of muesli/oats with vanilla greek yogurt and frozen raspberries, work out, then eat a fruit and plain greek yogurt. Later on, I also eat a piece of a protein bar~

    When I workout in the mornings I usually eat whole wheat oatmeal + frozen berries + soy milk, then I wait 30-45 minutes before I work out. After my work out I'll either have a few spoonfuls of greek yogurt or soy milk + a little bit of protein powder.
