low sodium recipes
Hi i was wondering does anyone have any low sodium recipes. My hubby can only eat 1500 each day, so im coming up with different types of recipes. I did chicken strips with only 83 per serving but thats all ive been able to come up with lol thank you :)

pasta servings question
so the noodles im cooking with tonight give the serving size as 1 1/4 cup dry. How do i figure out the serving size after they are cooked? or is it still the same?

Maintaining weight
Ive been trying to maintain my weight and when i change my daily calorie goal to maintain, i always gain weight. Im a little confused. my activity level is the same. Rock climbing once a week is the only difference. Does anyone have any tips and/or suggestions. thank you.

different calorie burn calculators?
I was wondering if you guys know of any other calorie burn calculators with a wider database of activities. I love the MFP database but sometimes i cannot find the activity i did and I dont know how to log it. for example lazer tag. i just logged it as walking. any advice would be awesome thank you :)
