any info is greatly appreciated

So you know when you first start out and it asks you your activity level. how do you know what to put it as. i mean i want to say im active, but in truth i dont know. I work 15-30 hours a week 4 days a week. on the other 3 days i try to fit in a min, 20 min workout. i have my settings as im not active at all. what would you set that up as?

    Working doing what? Are you on your feet or at a desk for most of the day?

    yes currently i am working at a fast food place, and im on my feet all day.

    Your day sounds kinda like mine, im in child care, on my feet while im working. I work 5 days a week, about 5 hours a day, but not doing anything too physically demanding. I have mine set to lightly active. I enter in my workouts separately and eat back most of my calories back. I have been pretty succesful with this.
