I've been doing well thus far, but this Friday we're leaving for NY. Driving!! I know that means a lot of gas stations and fast food... I'll pack some healthy snacks like some cut fruit and the like, but I'm with family who is not interested in eating healthy and i do NOT want to undo the little bit of good I have done!!!!

Rough days
When I started on Monday I was SO pumped, it continued Tuesday. Yesterday I hit a bump, and today I let it fall apart. I didn't even go to the gym! Don't mean to offend...
I don't want to offend anyone... but why is "sex" not an option under fitness. I was told you can easily burn 200 calories... I would add it, but maybe someone knows why it's not an option?!? Or do you think it should be an option?!? :ohwell:
