Don't mean to offend...

I don't want to offend anyone... but why is "sex" not an option under fitness. I was told you can easily burn 200 calories... I would add it, but maybe someone knows why it's not an option?!? Or do you think it should be an option?!? :ohwell:

I looked for it too, so you're not the only one using it as a way to burn a few calories! It should be there x

    check it out on caloriesperhour.com

Then you can create your own category to add it as exercise. I found that unless it is the really super hanging from the chandeliers kind of sex, it doesn't burn as much as I had hoped! In other words, I still had to get up and work out this a.m. :ohwell:

How about logging it under "low impact aerobics" for the regular kind, and high impact for the "swinging from the chndeliers" kind?

Probably because its intent isn't physical fitness. Therefore, it isn't exercise - instead, it is considered physical activity, which is always encouraged, of course.

Yes certain positions are very much a workout however you would have to do the humpy dance for a long time to burn 200 calories-- I heard its just like 50 calories burned- but I wouldn't list it if its part of your everyday activity-- I would only list it if you don't get any on a regular basis--
