Basically, long story short I used to be tiny - the smallest person in my family by far - I've gained about 25 pounds in the past few years and they love to joke about it... so my goal is to be less that 140 by Christmas Eve so when I see them on Christmas Day they have less to joke about. I would read the serving size information on the back of the bag. That will tell you how much is in a serving, and then you can gage how much you should be eating!

isn't that funny - even on Thursday I'll be like... "we'll do it all over again on Monday, and do it right." I did Zumba last night - good work out!! Felt good, hope I can talk myself in going to the gym today. When I go home first, it's harder!
