Tropical Smoothie

I enjoy having a smoothie after working out. Especially one where they throw in all kinds of fruits as well as my protein supplement. I went to tropical smoothie for the first time last week, then got online to input the calorie information and I'm worried it's all wrong.
It says there is 1 serving per container (on their website) and that would be 191 calories. Have you been there? Their smoothies are HUGE - it's probably a good 24oz. container - which would make it 3 servings per container.... I'm confused - could the website be lying to me to make me feel better and so that I would keep coming back?
Help!! I'm planning to get another one today!! :drinker:

I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE Tropical Smoothie!!!
I donno what the calories would be but...I agree with you on the "more than one" calorie. They have a pamphlet in the store with their nutrition information. Have you picked one up yet?
I think the actual intention for a Tropical Smoothie is to be a "meal." I have either read this or was told this by the employees when I asked them about the items they add to the smoothie (vitamins and such) and the calories count. If we eat there, my husband and I split a smoothie, or I buy one and freeze half.0 -
Right! I am using it as a meal replacement. It will be breakfast/lunch today!!0
