Rough days

When I started on Monday I was SO pumped, it continued Tuesday. Yesterday I hit a bump, and today I let it fall apart. I didn't even go to the gym! I'm hoping to find the engergy to look at tomorrow as a fresh start and do it all over, but I feel like I've messed up the good progress I've already made!

    You haven't messed up any progress, you just had an off day. Guess what, tomorrow is a new day with new choices, new decisions and progress. Just take it a day at a time. It doesn't take one bad day to make you gain weight......it takes a bad day after day after day after day.
