Worst food combo you used to eat
I was reading another post about Ramen noodles and it made me think about the terrible things I used to eat. My worst: O'Grady's Au-Graten potatoe chips in bean dip

Holidays at the relatives - Kid table
I have to say I really prefer it, being just a big kid myself but who else sits at the "kids" table at holiday get togethers? Personally, it is a lot more fun hanging with the kids than arguing politics and comparing who has the nicer car, house, clothes, etc. at the stuffy adult table. But that's just me.

This made me come to the realization that I am an emotional binger. How about you? Are you one of these? Feel free to add your category. The Sad…

Church Softball league
New lifestyle choices include new things so I joined the church slow pitch softball league. I had a blast, and burned a lot of calories too. All I have to say is don't let feeling like you are not in good enough shape stop you from trying things outside of your comfort zone.
