New lifestyle choices include new things so I joined the church slow pitch softball league.
I had a blast, and burned a lot of calories too. All I have to say is don't let feeling like you are not in good enough shape stop you from trying things outside of your comfort zone.

Thats awesome- my husband has also played on the church softball team and really enjoyed it. Not only for the friendly competition, but just the experience in general. It is always good to try new things, and even with a recent kidney transplant, he was able to play catcher and substitute pitcher just fine! That just goes to show that being overweight is no excuse not to get out there and do your best.0
