Is beans. For every pound lost, I buy a 1pound bag of dry beans, I put those bags of beans in a reusable shopping bag, when I feel myself backsliding, I carry around my bag of beans. Ok, so I weigh 311, am a type 2 diabetic, and I am planning on starting the 30 day shred on Monday the 6th. Anything I should know? I figure I probably will not be able to keep up, but I am gonna give it a real try. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

People that eat a huge candy bar, and drink a diet coke???? You go to the store and while in the store, someone parks next to you and only leaves about 8 inches between their vehicle and yours???? What makes you go hmmm? Or, what makes you wonder how people can be such idiots?
