Sorry it’s late but I must vent...I notice whenever I’m stressed and upset I go back to my bad eating habits (fast food fried foods and chocolate). I already haven’t started the gym yet..I have to work out a schedule but what are some replacements instead of mindless eating because of emotions

How to continue losing weight AFTER work
I do well until I get home. I'm so hungry after work that I don't want to cook and want something really quick so I end up stopping getting fast food or having a microwave dinner. I have to change this any suggestions? By the way I cannot cook and I want budget friendly meal ideas that my 2 year old will actually eat.

Where to put the strap?!
So I have just started wearing tank tops to the gym and I was wondering where to place the strap for my hrm with the tank. Basically I think I'm asking can I place it under my boobs instead of directly on my chest so it won't show?!

I wore my fitbit this morning for the first time while working out with my hrm. How do I not let the calries from the fitbit sync to mfp so I won't double count with me actually logging calories burned with the hrm?

polar ft4
So I tried out my polar ft4 today and I'm not sure what I'm doing. When I got off the ellipitical after 18 minutes I lifted weights for about 15. Well, for my session it says 308 calories burned, but when I just put 18 minutes in mfp for elliptical it says 308. Does the polar not count resistance training? Am i entering it…
