I tried this and but It still ended up being around 7 when dinner was done. I think it was because I cooked the chicken breasts in the oven. Thanks everyone for the responses. They were really great and I plan on making a plan to avoid going over calories.

i ordered my kettlebelll off amazon for less than 20 bucks. I look up workouts on pinterest. Youtube has videos as well. my problem is having room to do them

lol I was wearing a tshirt. I used to put it over my boobs though because when I did a study with our local hospital they would make me put it over my boobs to get a accurate hr. I did that once when the instructor changed the music up on me and I felt like it was too basic. I haven't been to zumba in 2 years though. I think that was the last class I went to. I've got to get back on it.

On the days I finally work out I get up at 430 am and i'm at the gym by 5. I do better when I go early. I hate going in the evenings because I don't make it in the evening. When I go in the morning I have no excuses.

I'm so happy I found this thread. I have been having the same problem. Its been difficult for me to get back on the losing weight wagon every since I had the baby a year ago. I want to start over and seriously commit to this.

Thanks so much for you all's advice. I will definitely utilize your advice! Log everything and try to plan as much as possible and exercise when I can while investing in some home dvds.

I deactivate mines whenever I start school or my workouts during the summer! Idk why but Facebook takes my motivation away!
