    I got in fat burning cardio and total body burn. Needed to burn a few extra calories yesterday.

    I have just joined My Fitness Pal. I have also just started Hip Hop Abs again. I did it a few years ago and loved it. i got g results as well. I am curious to know how everyone is adding the workout to the exercise diary. :happy:
