I'm a 21 year old that has always been on the heavy side but I want a change before I graduate school next August. l I started my 123 days to lose about 30 pounds yesterday. I'm not really sure if I'm doing this right but I'm trying and I'm doing much better than I once way. Drinking about 8 glasses of water a day, trying to walk about 3 miles three to four days out of the week, btw I don't walk too fast yet, and trying to eat less than 1200 calories a day! I hope I can do this, I really want this. Does anyone have anymore tips or advice. Thanks

Hey! great goal, you can do it! Personally I find it hardest to get started and stay in the habit of working out, this year has been really stressful and I kept starting and stopping but I've been good everyday for 2 weeks and it's already way easier. Stick with it and keep your goals in mind!0
