BMR Calories?
so ive been netting at my BMR of 1300 calories. ive actually been eating about 1500 and burning 200 but it works the same. anyway, it gets to about 10pm and im hungry and i struggle to sleep. could the calculator be wrong, and if so how much should i up it to? im looking to maintain my weight also.

Can heat speed up your metabolism?
Basically the Question above :) I know that going in cold water speeds it up a bit, but would it work the same if your cold in general, e.g. Winter? And also being outside all hot in the summer? Net calories and Ben and Jerry's
Hi, so this hasnt happened its just an "if", so i was wondering, my daily goal is 1450, but i burn 800 with my daily job/exersice. if i ate my usual 3 m3als with the odd snack that equaled 1500 calories, then used the rest and ate a 750 cal tub of ben and jerry's frozen yoghurt (chocolate brownie!) would i gain weight…

Oat Granola?
Hi, I usually have Quaker oat granola for breakfast and it's usually a big bowl as I use alot of energy in the day. But it's really high calorie and sugar. Does anyone know a different brand that's lower calorie and sugar? Preferably that can be bought from Tesco in UK. Thanks! :)

So i hav an ipod nano 5th gen and it has a pedometer. according to that ive been walking about 30,000 steps daily and burning 800 calories. but yesterday i used a pdometer and it dosent count steps but it counts calories burned and it said i burned 1000 ish? so which one is right? i started them at the same time also

Gradually Increase Calories
I need to increase my calorie consumption by about 1000 calories. How should I do this slowly to avoid weight gain? Also my MFP recommendations for fat are 60g I never go over 35-40g Is it ok to increase to 60g? Thanks

Do I have to meet my goals?
Hi So I was wondering if I HAVE to meet my goals. Mine are: Calories: 1870 Fat: 60g Sat: 20g Carbs: 249g Sugar: 35g Protein: 68g But I burn like 800 calories throughout the day walking and my goals change a bit ( like an extra 20g) I rarely get over 35g of fat is this bad and should I be getting more? How Many calories should I put in each meal?
Ok, I'm not new to this but I need to know roughly how many calories I need in each meal. I had a wake up call to how unhealthy I'm being at the moment!
