How often is it ok to eat cheese? cause i know its really high fat

You can eat cheese whenever you wish. Just track it.0

Cheese is one of the things I refuse to give up eating!! I eat it everyday and work it into my meal plans. Make sure you weigh your portion sizes to keep from going overboard!!0

I'm going to respectfully disagee. Unless you're going to eliminate cheese from your diet for the rest of your life, I encourage you to learn how to accommodate your desire for it while losing weight so you can keep it in your diet once you've reached your goal weight.0
