hey y'all, I *think* i have been doing what I tell everyone else to do with eating the right amount of healthy calories, but sometimes I just get all confused with actually implementing it. unofficial weigh-in
Ok So my goal for this week was go loose 2lbs and get to 173 ( I was at 175 on Friday) So my official weigh in isn't till Friday. I stepped on the scale just to see how I was fairing. 173.8!!!! I'm not updating mfp yet, to cautious I suppose but it was WONDERFUL to see 173 on my scale!!!

Help! Never thought this was possible
I have only eaten 900 calories today my goal is 1200 and I worked out today burning 459 calories, its 530 and I go to bed at 9 I don't want to eat anything un-healthy and I'm not really hungry but I know eating less than 1200 calories is not healthy.....I use to eat much much more but i'm not even really hungry right now.…

FIRST noticeable CHANGE!!!
So I wear panty hose and a skrit to work every day- the same one - military uniform- and every day the both roll down on themselves- its annoying but i had gotten use to it. Then all of a sudden, they stayed right where they were suppose to stay, no rolling down nothing, they fit like they are suppose to!!!!!

Obese!?!?!?
So i always new I was over weight, but never thought I was considered obese. I am 5'ft3" and i weigh 174, I looked around at a few websites and until I get to 165ish I will be considered obese......tha'ts sobering and scary.

heart monitor/ calorie tracking devices
i just bough the sport-line watch, its suppose to track calories burned and heart rate, but i wouldn't know its impossible to set up. Does anyone have a good experience with any other devices?

I did CrossFit when I was in Oahu; Now I'm attending here in Maryland. Today's work out was Fight Gone Bad....first work out in over a 1 1/2 years.....Max Reps X3 rounds.....over all score 133.....I didn't quit....so I count it as a success. Do more Suck Less
