I want to start out with a disclaimer, i know i have to make the finial decision. I'm just looking for an opinion as I have been none to cheat my self in the past, and that is always the beginning of a down slop for me.
I had planned on going to crossfit today- its a very intense work out- very supportive
however I am extreamly tired. NOT working out is NOT an options since I know live by NO EXCUSES motto, so heres the deal its 2pm I have to pick my kids up at 6 from daycare.
I need to clean my kitchen,
Go grocery shopping
clean my living room
AND
Either before I get the kids or after I put them to bed doing Billy Banks Rock Solid AB - 30 minute work out.
I can do the grocery shopping and cleaning with the kids home- so- should is doing the second plan cheating myself? Should i suck it up and go to crossfit or what?

So hard to prioritise. Sometimes a vigerous work out actually gives you energy. I can't figure out why but sometime after a work out I have no trouble attacking the kitchen...... Try to put exercise first or you may find your health in the long run prevents you from what you want to accomplish.0

I must admit, if I'm tired, I don't bother to working out if I don't feel like it. I see no point in sickening myself. Sometimes I need to just chill and not stress over whether to work out or not x0
