How do you count....

marinades? Like for instance you have a 2 cup marinade, so you put your meat in it let it sit for however long, pull the meat out, you still have very very close to 2 cups left, and the marinade on the meat most of it is evaporated when you cook it. Soooo do you count one serving per piece a meat, the entire bag of marinade?? I mean obviously if you use it to make a gravy or whatever you would count all that you used. But here its hard to tell how much is actually used. What do you think?

Although not entirely accurate, I usually count a tablespoon or two, depending on what it is. That's my best guess0

I agree. Even though it's not entirely accurate, I count about 2 tablespoons per serving of meat.0
