So, weigh-in tomorrow morning. Know I've had a bad week and am resigned to having a gain this week. (Not beating myself up about it, I know where I went wrong and why.) Oven Chips...
The calories stated on the pack, is this Frozen weight or Cooked? Package says per 100g Ovenbaked. Is that 100g AFTER or BEFORE they're ovenbaked? Any ideas? Cheers. (You think I'd be able to read a nutritional label.) - Also, I know I should make them myself, but sometimes I like the lazy option!

Weekends are tough!
For me at least.... I'm not beating myself up, but weekends are really tough for me when it comes to eating wisely! It's just so easy to say to myself that 'I've been good all week so......' Really need to beat the weekend eating demon! Anyone else struggle at weekends? Mike
