Oven Chips...

The calories stated on the pack, is this Frozen weight or Cooked? Package says per 100g Ovenbaked.
Is that 100g AFTER or BEFORE they're ovenbaked?
Any ideas?
Cheers. (You think I'd be able to read a nutritional label.) - Also, I know I should make them myself, but sometimes I like the lazy option!

I always measure before cooking unless the packaging states otherwise.
Chips--like fries? If you do decide to go the homemade route, you'll be glad you did. There are so many amazing things you can do with them, herb and spice-wise, and the frozen are usually treated with oils, salt, etc. You can cut a lot of calories out by going homemade.
No pressure, though--I've certainly been known to go the frozen route on occasion ;-)
