How do you stay at your sugar but still eat the carbs?
How do you stay under or at your sugars and yet still get all or most of the carbs in per day? I know that the recommended sugar is around 25-30 for women, but my carb recommendation is something like 175ish. What does a day of meals look where someone can achieve both of these numbers?

Ate after midnight, what day do I count?
So I had over 400 cals left yesterday and went to denny's and ate 650 but it was around 12:45. Should I count that as yesterday? Count it as today? Split it? What do you think? I didn't go to bed til 2am.
