Exercises while on bedrest and pregnant
So it is looking like I might be on bed rest for my entire 3rd trimester thanks to preeclampsia but I don't want to lose all of my muscle and gain a ton of weight. I know I could use weights and do bench press with them for my arms and chest. Anything else? Anyone else go thru this?

I know this has been mentioned before and talked about a lot but I want to start next week and looking at the plan I'm kinda nervous. I was looking at the plan and i noticed they expect you to walk 4.5 mph in week 3 and 5 weeks 4-6.. does any one's legs really walk that fast??? Anyone have any insight or suggestions?
