Low carb, high calorie foods

Hi everyone, I'm trying to eat a little less carbs this week and was wondering if anyone could offer some low to no carb foods with high calorie count. I want to stay near 100 and right now with my food logged I'm at 99 but I have a 500 net without the 200 I'll burn exercising. Any Ideas?
P.S. I'm just trying to cut my carbs for 1 week, I know the long term effects of cutting carbs too low and have no plan on doing that, I sprained my ankle so my workouts are limited and I'm hoping this will help me stay on track with losing a pound or 2 before my engagement pictures next Friday. Thanks!

    I am assuming you are doing the net carb thing and subtracting fiber? If so, nuts and Haas avocados are good choices. Or cheese!

    Pretty much every meal can be made low carb if you remove pasta, rice and potatoes and replace them with more vegetables, I like peas, broccoli and cauliflower. And you can mash cauliflower with cream to get a mashed potatoes substitute.

    If you want it to be high cal you can add nuts, cheese, real butter and/or make a cream sauce.

    Cook using Canola or Olive oils. Easy way to add healthy, carb-free calories.

    Also as already mentioned... Nuts, Peanut Butter, Cheese... all basically high cal low carb.
