Today is day 2 of working out for me, I'm determined to do Jillian Michaels 30 shred it for at least 6 days a week and see if it really works. Still feeling plenty motivated to watch those numbers on the scale go down and my clothes start to fit again! Both of my parents, who live 4 hours away, do boot camps and are super healthy, My dad wears a size 28-30 waist and my mom can fit in 5-7 juniors.. I used to wear those sizes but now i'm in 10s. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal to a lot of you but I want to nip this weight gain in the butt before it gets out of control!! Hoping everyone else is staying motivated out there!
