Eating with my BF

Ok so my boyfriend joined and I'm super excited but he can eat 2800 calories a day (without working out!) i start at 1320. How do i make sure he hits his goal and i stay under mine without burning 1500 calories a day?? For example today he still has 1300 calories left! Dinner will be about 600 or 700.. so that leaves him with 600, i know he could eat that in ice cream but that would be bad...

I make extra of whatever I am cooking, as my Fiance will eat 2 times the amount I eat. Usually that just fills him up haha!0

Just give him 2 portions to your 1 at every meal. My hubby ets twice as much as me (literally) but never gains weight0

*duh* lol i don't know why i didn't think of that0

is he trying to gain weight or something? let him worry about it himself LOL....you don't have to ask these questions for him. He has an account too.0

He's trying to loose, I'm just asking because I cook dinner and I'm trying to help him0

I agree with him just eating bigger portions than guys. Great practice because I just read an article that said most women gain weight when they get married because they start eating the same portions as their husbands.0

ya that's what i'm trying to make sure i don't do lol0

Yep, I generally make three of my own servings so my man can get enough food0

my fiance is the same, he can eat 2-3 times more than me and NEVER puts on weight. just give him bigger portions of whatever healthy things you're making, and maybe a slice of brown bread as well, if he needs the cals? (my fella loves to make a sandwich out of ANYTHING!)0

I cook for my children who don't need to lose any weight. I'll cook things and then just add extra full-fat cheese, or butter or something to theirs. Or cook grilled chicken, salad, and some cheesy fatty whole milk noodles, then I won't eat the noodles and give them whole fat dressing.0
