Im back...gotta do this again
I was here a while back and did really well losing and keeping it off...not sure what happened, but I left. Now I'm fat, miserable and depressed. I must get back on track!! I know what I have to to do, doing it is a different story. Wish me luck, Im gonna need it.

Ugly thighs =(
I guess I carry all my extra weight on my thighs. =( They are so ugly. Im so depressed. I love summer and they have gotten so bad Im dreading wearing a swim suit. Thin with Cellulite
I dont care how much I weigh (currently 113) I still have horrible thigh cellulite! WTH? Its so ugly. I try really hard to eat right and exercise almost everyday. How the heck do I get ride of it? Help, Its so GROSS!!!

Last two pounds
Why cant I keep off these last two pounds? I reach my goal weight, then I gain two back. I can hold at this weight but I really dont want these extra two pounds. Why is it that I can hold here, but not two pounds lighter? Im not that upset by it but it does bother me. Thanks. :wink:

Weird muscle spasm...or something.
Question...I lay flat on my back and lift my legs up to the sky, then lower just above the ground and then back up. I do as many as I can. Zuchini boats...Pizza!!
You all HAVE to make these!! Cut zucchini longways in half. Drizzle with olive oil bake at 350 for about 15 min till almost tender. No guilt ice cream!
So you want ice cream? I take fresh bananas, slice them up, place in zip lock baggie and freeze. Then when I want ice cream, i put a few slices in a bowl, drizzle with just a little chocolate and perfect ending to a bad craving! Delicious!!

Help, I fell off the wagon!

Ok...my first day yesterday was a good one. My question is, how do you log in hours of work, (Im a ta for 1-2 special ed class). There is so much more that I do in a day besides cardio that burns calories too....does that matter or not?
