a group of exercises....how many calories burned?

Ok along side of my 3 mile treadmill every day, Im doing this. I dont know how to log in the calories burned??? Please help!

100 jumping jacks
50 crunches
20 tricep dips
15 squats
20 lunges (each leg)
70 russian twists
20 standing calf raises
5 push ups
30 second plank
10 lunge split jumps

This is Mondays routine. Each day varies, but similar.

    I think "Calesthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort" would work and enter the amount of time it takes you to do it all.

    Or get a good HRM and see how many you really burn.
