Burning calories...

Ok...my first day yesterday was a good one. My question is, how do you log in hours of work, (Im a ta for 1-2 special ed class). There is so much more that I do in a day besides cardio that burns calories too....does that matter or not?

    Its probably best to incorporate that into your activity level if its a consistent thing. So if you are set at sedentary, then bum it up to lightly active. Try to just log intentional exercise.

    Well, for the purposes of this site and your daily calorie needs, it depends on what setting you have your BMR set.

    If you set it to something like lightly active/active, its already taken your normal daily calorie burn into account when it gives you your goals.
