If that profile picture is what you've worked so hard to reach, that should be enough incentive right there! Hang in there!

Yeah Its really not the size of them because they arent big by any means. Just flabby and wiggly. How do you post a psiture here anyways?
-
Ok less reps, more weight more walking. Got it. And I just ordered those swim capris  Sorry no pictures. Maybe Ill post a before and after, later, when I like them.

Thanks guys. Im 51. I have a treadmill and i love incline walks. I call them wogs. Jog walk jog walk. I dont want my thighs to be smaller. Like I said Im happy with the size of everything and my current weight. They are just cellulite lumpy and bumpy wiggly and giggly. I think age is a huge part of it. Im going to go back…

Ok Ill be more precise, I do 30 m-f with 10 pound weights. I do 10 rest 10 rest 10. I eat under my calories just about everyday.I havent been consistent however. But I am back at it.

Lots of great info here, thanks to you all. @ NXD10 I keep my goals set at loose 1 pound a week. I have to stay at or around 1200 calories a day or I gain. I can never seem to set it at maintain.

Thanks guys, that makes good sense. Im a bit OCD and for me not to see the same number every time on the scale, it make me nuts! Lol!

Listen to your body. Rest days are just as important as work out days. Someone said...on rest days you dont have to sit and do nothing. Talk a nice walk, smell the flowers

Use a tiny bit of olive oil mayo on whole wheat bread, sliced avocado, garlic salt, pepper and lemon juice. Yum! That was my lunch yesterday.

I do a lot of core strength exercises, planks and some yoga. I do not have disc problems, been to Dr. many times as it is low back pain with an undetermined cause and it's usually a muscle spasm that pulls me out of wack, then pinches a nerve. Like I said, Ive been dealing with my back for 30 years now. I know what it…

Nothing hurt while doing them but two days later it goes out.
-
Amazing!! Good for you! I wish I had thought of that!

I think it depends on how self motivated you are. I love my treadmill and the fact that I dont have to drive anywhere to work out! If you need motivation then a gym might be nice. That way you have lots of support from people you may meet.

I'm 5'1 1/2" I'm 50 years old and I was up to 124. My goal is 110. I'm 113 now and I like it, but I prefer 110.
-
Just my opinion. treadmill at an incline I set mine at a 9.
-
I did it!!!! 60/60!!!! I didnt log on here but I logged it on my page. I started out and couldnt even do 30 seconds. My last one to reach 60 was a three minute!!! Whoo hooo! So proud of myself. Good job everyone. That was really fun! (and much harder than one would think. )
-
2/60 done!! 1 high 1 low 1 min rest in between.
-
I love my beer...I always figure it into my daily allowance. So one beer = 10 minutes on treadmill! Its a good motivator lol! Miller Lite is my choice.
-
I hate restaurants! You'll get back on track. At least you know not to have that next time!
-
Im a beer girl, usually one a night. I figure it in to my daily calories. 10 more minutes on the treadmill = one more beer!
-
Yes we can...The tacking of the food is what worked for me. You think your eating right till you see the calories! Lots of water for me today.
-
I am also looking for new friends that post everyday to help keep me on track. So please, if your a poster, friend me Lol!
