How do you lose the muffin top and the pouch? I think everyone knows what I am talking about ! lol. I walk and do the elliptical 6 days a week(45 min usually). why can't I lose this last 25?!
I pretty much eat the same thing everyday except for dinner Bfast is always coffee and mutigrain cherrios (200 cals) Lunch is always a sandwich and special k chips with avacado(420 cals) Dinner is always about 500-600 cals (spaghetti, piza or tilapia usually) i always have 2 snacks that are 130 & 150 cals each my workout…

What's a good DVD to do after you finsh 30DS?
I am about half-way through with 30ds. I am looking for my next DVD to start after the 30DS. I like the shorter DVD'S because I can do them when my daughter naps then jump on the elliptical for 25 minutes and be pouring sweat and feel like I got a great workout. I was considering ZUMBA on the Wii but read mixed reviews…

I do the shred 5 days a week and jump on the elliptical for 20-25 minutes afterwards everytime. Does anyone else work out afterwards?
