am i eating enough

I have been stuck at 180-182 for the last 15 days. I am 26, 5'4 and I workout 6 days a week.
I eat 1200-1400 calories a day and burn around 500. I am losing inches but not pounds

    My idea is... if your calories are still green, you need to eat more. Once they're red... you stop.

    I would say yes maybe between 1600-1800 cal.

    Make sure you NET *at least* 1200...so you actually eat 1700, but burn 500 off.

    THIS IS MY OPINION and I am very biased:

    That'a a tiny bit of calories for a lot of burn! Eat those exercise calories back!

    just make sure you eat your exercise calories back, at least enough to get above 1200.. i think at less than 1200 your body goes into starvation mode and may store any calories you take in. drink enough water and change up your exercise routine, as your body may have gotten used to yours. good luck!
