I am at 165.2 When I get to 159 I get a pedicure 145 I get a massage & new wardrobe and the best reward....being a healthy role model for my kids!

stress eating. I dont eat when I am bored usually but as soon as something even just a little stressful happens I find myself eating. Its so hard to break the habit . I think Food is my drug

You can get it on Amazon or at WalMart or Target. Its about 10.00. I lost 8.75 inches and it took me about 1.5 months to do. Its hard but tones you amazingly

Day 17 here. The planks are getting much easier but those squat things at the end where you raise the weights in front of you are still killers. They are not getting any easier.

I have never heard of it but I do resistance 8 for 1.20 miles and usually burn 500 calories. My resistance only goes up to 10 but the level 10 is as killer right now to me. I started at resistance one about a month ago and can already do 8

doesn't spinning just work your bottom half? I have never done it -well I did try it once but the bike killed my butt so I stopped!

For me it wasn't so much age--I had it from age 23-27. I used to be a runner and a workout guru and I think I just overdid it . But I totally second the night splint!

ok thanks! P90X is wayyy in the future lol! The shred is a killer for me and I am so much better shape than 2 months ago when I started working out. It still kills me though!
