    I just joined myfitnesspal.com and am hoping it will help me to stay motivated. I was just talking with my husband earlier today about a 5 lb a month plan for the next couple of years. Your invite is perfect timing! I downloaded this app to my KindleFire too, so hopefully I can have a word of encouragement wherever I am! Thanks for putting the challenge out there and please converse with me...I am wanting to make some new friends who can encourage each other to stay on task!!
