I am proud of myself - first step
I have been watching what I eat, logging it and keeping between 1200-1360 calories everyday since Sept 1 - down 18 pounds but that's not the best part....I pulled out an older smaller size pair of jeans and THEY FIT!!!!!!! :love: I am soooo happy!:love:

New kid on the block
I have a long way to go. I've been extremely lazy for past 2 years since I was diagnosed and treated for Breast cancer. I need some help in a BEGINNERS workout video that's fun and that I can do at home. I have little strength in my arms from Lymph node removal with the cancer so it needs to be a slow start.
